Our Educational Director - Susan

susanballantyne Susan Ballantyne is our Educational Director. She has over 30 years primary school teaching experience, 10 years of which has been as a school principal. Her role will be to ensure that ELC develops a high level of professional teaching competence so that we achieve student progress. She is responsible for developing the curriculum, purchasing resources to support teaching and training teachers. She also manages the assessments of all children throughout the year so that their progress is documented.
