The English Learning Centre is looking to hire the key position of:

Full Time or Part time Primary Teacher Position

The English Learning Centre ( ELC) is Hungary’s leading provider of English literacy classes to primary aged children who are taught in small groups in a framework following the English curriculum. ELC holds lessons in Budapest. Classes are held either after the normal school day finishes from 11.30 each day or delivered in normal school hours as a supplement to a school’s normal curriculum. Typically students need additional development as they attend non English speaking schools whose English curriculum does not fully cater for their needs.

We work with the latest research based educational practices and incorporate the most relevant technologies into the classrooms such as e-books, interactive whiteboards and iPads.

We are looking to hire the key position of:

Primary Elementary English Teacher

We are looking for a teacher who:

Works as part of a team
Shows a high degree of flexibility
Teaches English literacy to children in several classes
Accommodates new students into their classrooms at any time
Motivates students to learn and do their best
Promotes our school in the community and to new parents
Develops high quality lessons using the school’s curriculum and supporting materials

The candidate must be:

Experienced as a primary elementary school teacher
Qualified and certified with a primary educational university degree
Experienced as a EFL teacher would be an advantage
An ambitious individual who wishes to develop their own skills and experience
A person who enjoys the opportunity to create his or her own working environment.
Native English speaker
