ELC - English Learning Centre
IS YOUR CHILD GETTING ENOUGH ENGLISH TUITION?
- Does your child speak English but their school does not have a strong enough English programme?
- Is your child an absolute beginner in English but you wish them to progress faster than the average school child?
- Does your child go to a Hungarian school but has already learned English earlier at a previous English speaking school or Kindergarten?
- Have you lived abroad and your children speak English but they are not getting enough English language at their current school?
- Is one parent a native English speaker but your child attends a non English speaking school?
The English learning centre teaches children to read, write and speak English. ELC students have either no English or some spoken English but attend non English speaking schools. Our qualified and experienced school teachers are all English native speakers and follow the English national curriculum. ELC has a literacy programme for children that already speak English and know the basic sounds of letters and letter combinations ( phonemes). There is also a foundation programme for those students that have not reached this level. Courses are between 14.00 and 18.00 each day. Classrooms are located in the II, XII districts. ELC also offers a number of special programmes at other schools and kindergartens.
